Oscar brings hands-on construction experience to Whelan, with a background in residential wood framing and civil construction. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business, specializing in general management. After completing a successful co-op term with Whelan, Oscar joined the team as a Field Coordinator. His experience spans several projects at Vancouver International Airport, including the bridge replacement program, where he supported trade coordination, scheduling, quality control, and site safety. Combining his practical construction experience with a strong business foundation, Oscar helps keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
